Three More People Are Joining Attorney General Ken Paxton to Sue the State Fair of Texas Over It’s Ban on Firearms

(WBAP/KLIF) – The three fairgoers are asking for a million dollars in damages, since they were not allowed to bring a gun inside the fair grounds this year. While the attorney general tried to overturn the ban, the Texas Supreme Court denied the request. Officials with the State Fair of Texas imposed the ban to make families feel safer after a shooting that took place on the fair grounds last year. Paxton promises to keep fighting until the ban is overturned. Another hearing is expected to take place next year.
