V12 Yoga in Dallas is gearing up for Black History Month.
Co-Owner Ade Hazley says they’ll be highlighting Black instructors and healers throughout the metroplex to encourage Black health and wellness.
“Throughout the culture, there’s a lot of trauma,” Hazley said. “And we embody that trauma and then hold it within, which in turn starts to swing and walk on the line of mental health.”
Highlighted instructors include Shannon Louis, Leah Frasier, Chinook, Dalani Stevens, Bianca Rochelle, Harthor Hendrix and local Black Artisans marketing their art at V12 Yoga.
