KELLER (WBAP/KLIF News) – Keller Police arrested the suspect in the hit-and-run death of a man walking with his wife last month.
38-year-old Kevin Patrick Garrity is charged with accident involving death, a second-degree felony.
The victim, 58-year-old Feng Zhou, was killed while walking in the grass near their home in the 1100 block of Johnson Road.
Investigators said a gray SUV reportedly veered off the road and hit him.
The driver fled the scene and police seized the vehicle involved in the crash days later.
Keller Police did not reveal how Garrity was identified as the driver.
