WBAP Morning News: LA City Council to Ask MLB to Strip Houston of World Series Title

After the MLB determined that the Houston Astros cheated during the 2017 World Series, the Los Angeles City Council has drafted a resolution to ask the league to strip Houston of their title, and give it to the Dodgers.
