(WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas based Southwest Airlines is no longer top dog when it comes to customer satisfaction. According to a survey by the American Customer Satisafaction Index, Southwest is now tied for second place with Jet Blue. Alaska Airlines comes in at number one. The report says, “Recent deadly crashes of the Boeing 737 Max have left Southwest particularly vulnerable to safety concerns.” Fort Worth based American Airlines stayed at number five in the survey, behind Delta. Rankings are based on comments from about 300,000 customers from April 2018 through March 2018.
