WBAP Morning News – Dallas DA Will Not Prosecute Victim of Deep Ellum Attack

L’Daijohnique Lee, the woman who was attacked outside of a club in Deep Ellum last week, will not be facing charges after the Dallas District Attorney decided not to prosecute. Lee was felony charges after she smashed the windshield of her attackers vehicle.
