Texas Attorney General sues chemical company for Houston area fire

Houston (AP) – The Texas Attorney General’s office has sued the company that operates a Houston-area chemical plant where a fire burned for several days, leading to health and environmental concerns. Attorney General Ken Paxton says in a statement the state will hold Intercontinental Terminals Company “accountable for the damage it has done to our environment.”
