MESQUITE – WBAP/KLIF – Mesquite Police Department say three gunmen broke into a home on Uvalde Street in Mesquite Valentine’s Day evening, tied up the family and then removed a large safe, getting it into the front yard. Apparently it was too heavy to lift into their getaway vehicle, so they left it on the lawn. Suspects are believed to have been driving a 2015-2019 dark colored Chrysler with significant body damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. Crimestoppers, paying up to $5,000 for information leading to arrest and indictment.
