GRAND PRAIRIE/DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Grand Prairie and Dallas Police are searching for a missing couple. Mark Beseda with the Grand Prairie Police Department says the family of Weltzin Garcia and Alfonso Hernandez reported them missing at around 5:00 am Tuesday.
Hernandez’s vehicle, a 2009 black, two-door Honda Accord, has been found parked at White Rock Lake, but the couple is still missing. According to authorities, a warrant for Hernandez was issued several weeks ago in connection to an assault involving Weltzin.
The couple’s two small children are with Weltzin’s sister.
