Petaluma, California (WBAP/KLIF) – A 9 year old English bulldog won the 30th annual World’s Ugliest Dog contest Saturday night. The judges at the fairgrounds in Petaluma, California north of San Francisco decided that Zsa Zsa, owned by Megan Brainard of Anoka, Minnesota, was the ugliest of the hundreds of dogs brought before them. Mrs. Brainard gets $1,500. Zsa Zsa gets an enthusiastic “good dog!”
