DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Police have identified a suspect they believe is responsible for a murder committed on November 18th. 32-year-old Jose Diaz-Torres (pictured) was seen by witnesses and surveillance video shooting the unidentified 38-year-old victim in a crowded strip mall at 9625 Webb Chapel Rd. He is believed to be driving a 2007 Maroon Ford Fusion with Texas License Plate # JGM-5716. Police say he might be wearing a fake beard to disguise himself.
