RICHARDSON (WBAP/KLIF) – Home insurer State Farm is sending an army of personnel and equipment in preparation for the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Chris Pilcic with State Farm said adjusters are on stand-by in Dallas and Austin along with six ready response RV’s to assist in the processing of claims.
“These storms are emotionally, physically and financially draining at times so as quickly as we can get to the people who are hardest hit, that really is the goal.”
To help expedite a storm-related claim, Pilcic encourages homeowners to do a visual inventory with a camera, taking photos of each room in the home.
