DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The search for jurors in the Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price corruption trial is underway even though the trial is three months away.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the judge decided to start polling jurors early since the case received a lot of publicity since Price’s home and office were raided in 2011.
Prosecutors said Price and two co-defendants were allegedly involved in a scheme in which Price took $950,000 in bribes over a decade from businesses seeking county contracts or other approvals.
