DALLAS COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF News) Dallas county sheriff deputies are looking for a man who stole a car, and dragged the driver. Surveillance video just released shows a gray haired man park his car at the Pecan Lake mobile home park and get out to check his mail about 2 weeks ago. That’s when a young man walks up, gets in, and starts to drive away as the other man runs up to him to stop him. The driver gets dragged several feet as the thief speeds away in the car. The thief is blond and thought to be between 25 and 35 years old.
