DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Several Southwest flights were delayed and canceled Wednesday afternoon and evening after the airline suffered several outages causing problems nationwide.
Dallas-based Southwest began experiencing what are being called “intermittent performance issues” with “multiple technology systems” due to some kind of “outage”.
The company isn’t elaborating any further, saying only that a temporary ground stoppage is in place, and that customers will be updated on the company’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
Several angry customers took to social media to complain about the problems.
