(WBAP/KLIF) – AUSTIN, TX – Attorney General Ken Paxton stated that he’s uncovered illegal activities connected to the East Plano Islamic Center, also known as EPIC City. The plan calls for building a Muslim-centric community north of Josephine in Collin County, which is located about 25 miles from Plano. Paxton claims the developers ignored state and federal regulations, and is formally requesting the Texas State Securities Board review the findings.
