(WBAP/KLIF) — A Dallas man has been sentenced to nearly 30 years in prison for trafficking heroin.
37-year-old Adan Mendoza pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to conspiracy to distribute heroin and methamphetamine. District Judge Sean D. Jordan sentenced Mendoza to 27 years behind bars for drug trafficking dating back to as early as 2019.
The Dallas man and his accomplices operated a conspiracy to distribute heroin and methamphetamine throughout North Texas. Investigators from the DEA, IRS, and U.S. Postal Inspection Service broke the case wide during Mendoza’s arrest.
