The Dallas Cowboys are back in Oxnard, California, and optimism is building around a roster that looks much different from last season.
In the latest Camp California episode, The Dallas Express Sports Network hosts Bonnie-Jill Laflin and Mark Elfenbein report from Cowboys training camp and break down why Dallas could have legitimate Super Bowl aspirations in 2026.
The discussion centers on a rebuilt defense under new defensive coordinator Christian Parker. Dallas added 23 players during the offseason and could feature eight or nine new defensive starters.
Laflin and Elfenbein examine the potential impact of rookie safety Caleb Downs, pass rusher Rashan Gary, defensive tackle Quinnen Williams and veteran safety Jalen Thompson. They also discuss what the return of linebacker DeMarvion Overshown could mean for a unit expected to become more aggressive under Parker.
