Car hits house in Arlington

A car crashed into a house in Arlington late Saturday night. The driver told police another vehicle cut him off on Myna Drive near Pearcy Elementary School. Mesquite armed robbers caught in Dallas

Several suspects in a Mesquite armed robbery were arrested in Dallas early Sunday morning.  they were chased into Dallas by Mesquite Police who say they held up a 7-eleven about 1:30 am.  The suspects bailed out of their SUV, and ran when they reached Gurley Avenue and South Fitzhugh.  Police say they’ve all been chased down, and arrested.  MORE

Marijuana found in a semi full of broccoli.

WBAP – The Customs and Border Protection Agency says it found more than 700 pounds of marijuana hidden in a commercial shipment of fresh broccoli coming across the border from Mexico.  661 packages of pot were found in the semi full of broccoli.  The agency says that much of the illegal drug is worth an estimated…MORE
