Dinesh D’Souza to Newsmax: ‘Despiritualize’ US Is Left’s Goal

The left is working hard to “despiritualize America,” conservative filmmaker and political commentator Dinesh D’Souza told Newsmax on Monday.

D’Souza told “The Chris Salcedo Show” that his new film, “The Dragon’s Prophecy,” brings that issue front and center.

“After three decades or more where the left has tried to despiritualize America — much the way Europe has fallen — polling suggests we’re seeing the Gen Z — the younger generation, the most populous generation — seeking out meaning in faith and in God,” he said.
