A new Harvard-Harris poll released Monday showed President Donald Trump is outperforming Congress by a significant 19 points.
Translation: Congress is far more unpopular with America’s registered voters.
While Trump’s 47% approval remained just slightly underwater by 2 points against 49% disapproval, the congressional job approval in the poll is far worse at a net-negative 21 points (35% approval and 56% disapproval).
