California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Saturday signed a set of bills aimed at countering the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown.
They include:
“Immigrants have rights, and we have the right to stand up and push back,” Newsom said at an event in Los Angeles where he signed the bills.
