President Donald Trump’s efforts to secure a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas could bring the war closer to resolution, but the idea of a two-state solution is no longer viable, political commentator Steve Turley said Sunday on Newsmax.
“[Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Bibi Netanyahu is basically running out of rope,” Turley told Newsmax’s “Wake Up America Weekend,” adding that Israel is under incredible pressure after nearly two years of conflict.
“He’s trying to fight multi-pronged offensives throughout the region, and at some point it’s just bringing about an incredible exhaustion among Israeli forces,” he said.
