A much colder start to today is expected with gusty winds making it feel bitterly cold. Wind chills will be in the 20s/30s across primarily Central and East TX, with the rest of North TX feeling like the teens. Despite the return of sunny skies, daytime warming will be limited with wind chills hovering in the 30s/40s through the afternoon. Gusts up to 30 mph will diminish by mid afternoon with lighter winds expected by the evening hours.
