PERRY, IOWA – (WBAP/KLIF) – Perry, Iowa police say multiple people have been shot at Perry High School, but confirm only that one person is dead and two more have been injured. Perry Police indicate they know the shooter, but are not confirming his identity, nor, at this time, releasing whether the suspect is dead. Associated Press reports the suspect is dead and at least one school administrator has been shot. It appears at least one person may have been life flighted to hospital; a medical helicopter was reported at the scene. Police do say there is no longer a threat to the community. This story continues to develop.
