Fourth of July in North Texas: Fireworks, Festivals and Parades

At Allen USA, enjoy live music, food trucks, and a fireworks display the city has hosted since 1995.

Frisco Freedom Fest is jammed packed with stuff to do in the city. From pet contests to a 5K, Frisco is going all out this July 4.

The All American 4th will kick off in Plano with games, food and drinks and a fireworks show. There will be food trucks, a kids zone and free water provided by H-E-B.

Six Flags Over Texas will celebrate with back-to-back nights of fireworks. The amusement park says it will feature limited-time menus and extend its hours.

  • Irving’s annual Fourth of July parade starts at City Hall and travels through the Heritage District.
  • Includes live music, carnival games, a pie-eating contest, dunk tank, face painting and balloon artists.
• Lake Highlands 4th of July Parade and Carnival 
  • Watch handmade floats, local organizations and a children’s parade.
  • The celebration concludes with a community carnival at the Lake Highlands North Recreation Center.
